Cause an Effect
Education

Education has always been a central part of my life—first as a student and later as an instructor and trainer. For the past several years, I have had the privilege of being a full-time faculty member at a great university, where I find teaching to be a natural and rewarding experience. I enjoy helping students grow, develop their skills, and expand their knowledge.
I strive to be logical, open-minded, and receptive to new experiences. I focus on maintaining a positive environment and eliminating unnecessary negativity. While I work more than I’d like, I find fulfillment in the small successes along the way.
I earned my first Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, followed by an MBA. I later pursued a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology at Georgia State University, which I completed in 2017. Before transitioning into academia, I worked as a Network Administrator, Project Manager, IT Consultant, and active volunteer in both the college and local community.
Continuous learning drives me. I am always seeking new knowledge and opportunities for growth. While my journey has taken unexpected turns, I remain focused on moving forward—seeking a balance between professional success, helping others, and personal fulfillment.
My teaching philosophy centers on engagement, practical application, and fostering curiosity. I enjoy seeing students advance in their careers, and if I can play a role in that process, it is deeply rewarding. I consider myself a work in progress and hope to always be evolving.
